Symptoms

LED amber in flashing;

In drive Display is showing the letter A;

High consume of clean cartridges.

In Eventlog has 25 mounts of clean cartridges in Drive 0,2,2,9:

Cause

In Display the letter A is Tape Drive Hardware problem..

Solution

Replaced the tape drive according action plan. Solved the issue.
