Two Drives T10000A is getting check 4056 with several cartridges different:

By customer messages errors we can see the error code 495E.

The servo interface task received a command that requires tape tension. Unfortunately we are in a state trying to recover the tape tension, so the command could not be performed. Issue an unload to get the tape out of the drive and retry with another tape. *
 
By evenlog of the drive and it was showing FSC 36A3.

The MIR could not be written without error. Tape may be marginal.
Engineering Text:
During a manual unload, the MIR could not be written without error. Thus the tape is marginal at best and should be replaced.

The Drive was replaced.
