STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

REPT-STAT-LS:LSN=xxxx

where xxxx is the problematic linkset

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
No traffic impact.
This is an incorrect display issue.

Cause

This is a display issue only. The links are still carrying traffic and there are no other alarms related to linkset or the pointcode.

The following justifies how the issue is related to this specific customer:
Customer has IPSG cards with M3UA links.
The links are up and carrying traffic but the rept-stat-ls shows that the linkset status is down.

This is explained in the following bug:
Bug 19116005 - [136804]IPSG linkset report status not consistent

Solution

For workaround:
1. Check status of linkset by running: rept-stat-ls
2. Perform MASP switchover
3. Check status of linkset by running: rept-stat-ls and see if the stat is now correct

For Solution:
Upgrade the Eagle STP software to 46.2.0-65.42.0
