Cause
Possible Causes:
-- Drive mechanism could be faulty
-- Drive read/write head could be faulty
-- The load / unload mechanism won't come to its appropriate position, manual intervention is required to pull the load / unload mechanism to make the drive status to "empty"
Solution
-- FSE needs to inspect the drives physically.
-- Perform tape drives repair and diagnostics test.
-- Replace the part if necessary.
In this case parts replacement resolved the issues.
