Cause

Robot obstruction.

Solution

1. Update firmware to the latest revision. Firmware enhancements have been added which may prevent the condition that causes this error.(Library Firmware: H.70/3.20e and Library Patch : 128439-12)
2. Ensure that there is nothing stacked on top of the library since any weight on top of the product can bow the top cover down and interfere with the robotics. Ensure that the product is either mounted in a rack using its rack kit or mounted in the optional tabletop conversion cover with all of its feet sitting on a level surface. The product must be supported on its side edges for the robotics to move freely. Setting the product on a rack shelf or other flat surface without the tabletop conversion cover does not provide the necessary edge support.
3. Remove all magazines and drives to ensure that there are no obstructions in the library such as loose tapes on the inside of the library.
4. Run the wellness test.
