Symptoms

Unable to install license key files
From SLC error messages

SLC ERROR MESSAGE ON LICENSE FILE INSTALLATION

Cause

Library is on a to down level firmware version for this type of license scheme  (Oracle license files)

Minimum required firmware version for Oracle license file is FRS_3.0.

However recommend to upgrade firmware to latest release level of firmware.

Solution

Upgrade firmware on library to version FRS_4.32  (see release notes)
Install all required license files from Oracle Edelivery
If required, activate and select storage cells as required

Set service license via CLI command hwActivation :
  hwActivation serviceFeature <enable|disable>

Set DualRobot license via CLI command :
  hwActivation dualRobot <enable|disable>

Run a full physical AUDIT against this library.

Check for any orphan cartridges in the library via the library orphan report generated via SLC.
