Changes

Cause

Suspect that active cells may not have been selected.

Solution

Perform following steps:

- Cell license keys files being installed.
- Are the cells activated.
- Select the active cells.

Probably the cell layout can not be validated since the partition status is invalid.
This can be fixed by performing the "partition set" command and to toggle between the current and the other host mode (HLI/SCSI) which will re validate the partition.
