Changes

Issue started when customer upgraded the drive firmware version from 1.50.203-5.30 to 1.52.203-5.30

Cause

Firmware issue.

Solution

There was a timing issue with code 1.52.203 which is known to give problems with different OS/Applications. This got fixed in 1.52.206 .

If the issue is with T10000A , you need to upgrade the drive firmware to 1.52.106
