Symptoms

The customer got messages error when he is trying to upgrade the firmware.

Upgrading Module 2 Bottom Drive
ERROR: COMMAND FAILURE for firmware file LTO6_E4J0.fcp_fh_OEMS.fmr

Trying to update LTO6 FC Drive of the Sl150.

Cause

Failling to upgrade firmware on Drives LTO in a Sl150 library.

Solution

He was using the firmware of the HP LTO6 FH and the correct firmware was HP LTO6 HH.

PS.: All SL150 are only compatible with Half Height (HH) drives.
