Solution

Head brush errors including these FSC's: 5C1B, 5C1C, 5C3A, 5C3B, 5C5A, 5C7A, 5C8B are an indication of a mechanical problem internal to the drive.

The drive needs to be replaced if it is taking any of these errors.
