Symptoms

Disk error alarm in GUI

Cause

Undetermined, but probably an alarm that did not properly clear.

Solution

Steps to clear:

  1. alarmMgr --clear TKSPLATMA2
  2. echo "" > /var/TKLC/log/syscheck/alarm.cache3
  3.  echo "" > /var/TKLC/log/syscheck/alarm.cache
  4. eagle_alarm_util MAINT_ALARM_MPS_A_B_INTERNAL_DISK_FAILURE OFF
