Symptoms
Since the migration from the measurement platform (MCP cards) to the integrated measurement (OAM cards), the report files .csv have the "status" parameter to "I" which means incomplete.
This is not the case on the mated Eagle which is still working with the measurement platform (MCP cards)
As a result, the statistics platform of the customer which is processing the report files is discarding the files having the status as "I"
Cause
The is related to the bugs 19110446, 19111235 : 15 minutes measurements reports with E5-OAM Integrated shows Incomplete status
The problem description of the bug is the same context
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
After migration from MPCM to E5-OAM Integrated Measurements, customer has noticed the 15 minutes measurement reports are generated with status field showing "I" (Incomplete).
IMPLEMENTED IN BUILD: 46.0.0-65.6.0
It has been detected in R44.0.2
Solution
There is no difference between the rtrv-ls and rtrv-slk and the ls and slk reported by the measurements.
The solution is to upgrade to Release R46
