Symptoms
Alarms from 3 Eagle STPs are not updating in E5MS. Only one Eagle STP alarms are updating.
Cause
When E5MS attempts login to Eagle for Scheduled Events or for graphics updated; due to a change in authentication process; the E5MS is unable to properly send/receive the Eagle credentials resulting in failure to connect to Eagle.

Solution
Workaround
Use only one IPSM card in Eagle Discovery. This will help to mitigate the hitting of this bug.
If the situation occurs; remove the Eagle from discovery and create it again.
Definitive Solution
To implement the solution, please upgrade to E5MS 46.2 or higher.
