Symptoms

Sudden appearance of 9080 messages in different modules.

Open 89 2016-03-29T06:25:58.951 9080 MAG_OPEN_OR_UNLATCHED Module 2 Left MagazineModule 2 ChassisModule 2 Controller Close magazine. Reseat/replace controller. Inspect/replace module chassis.

After replacing the Base Module to fix this issue there were also sensor issues in Module 7 that Field Engineer found smashed.

The 9080 problem still occurred in other modules but always began with Led front Vision (9110) messages.

Cause

Defective robot.

Solution

Removed and replaced the Robotic Module and solved the problem.
