Symptoms
While performing FPGA upgrade, there are no *.evf files for NIU with serial number 002-0611-58 and 002-0618-58 in patch p19196583.
Changes
Customer upgraded there system from S-Cx6.4.0 to S-Cx7.2.0.
Cause
These NIU are known as ETC cards, which will work only up to release S-Cx6.4.0.
Solution
Upgrade the hardware from 4GB to 8GB as the ETC cards are not supported with S-Cx7.2.0. Please find the product bulletin attached which clarifies what parts to order and why this NIU is not further supported with releases later than S-Cx6.4.0.
