Applies to:

Oracle Communications EAGLE (Hardware) - Version EAGLE 3x.x and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The IPSM card is rebooting each time we enter the command rtrv-log:snum=1251:enum=1254:num=200

Cause

Actually, it occurs when around the 100th events has to be displayed.

Solution

The issue was due to the active MASP

Since the switch of the MASPs, there is no more issue.
The logs are provided to the IPSM card by the active MASP. It seemed there was something stuck on the MASP card making the output of more than 84 or 100 events, rebooting the IPSM card.
