Drive is Module 1 Top. Tried to start a cleaning job of that drive but the library reports No Cleaning Tapes found. I have two cleaning tapes that have not been used that much. Receive similar errors whether initiating the cleaning job from the Web interface or the local console. Also receive an error from the backup software (BU Exec). Have cleaned the drives a number of times in the past without issues. Although I don't believe it's related, I recently added a third drive and 30 additional slots to this library. The new drive is LTO6 and the older two drives are LTO5. SymptomsStorageTek SL150 tape library shows the Health Degraded and indicates one of the drives needs cleaning (Fault Code 9030). CauseCleaning cartridge barcode label is incorrect Error : Media that is unsupported or invalid SolutionInformed the customer to change the cleaning cartridge barcode label. The universal cleaning cartridge barcode should be " CLNxxxCU (Where.., CU is universal cartridge) The issue has been resolved after changing the cleaning cartridge barocde labels to "CLNxxCU.
