Symptoms

Library ACTIVE unstable.

Safety Doors moving in wrong direction.

HBN Rev-9 or Higher not being reported to HBC resulting in an error in the event_log.

 

Cause

Swapped J406/J407 Ribbon Cables - Engineering is investigating better markings for these cables to prevent accidental swapping during installation.

Solution

if you experience the above symptoms during an installation, suspect that the cables are swapped.
