IHAC has one sl500 cabinet and one pdu is failed. However, I did not find PDU part number for it. Check the SL500 Systems Assurance Guide and the cabinet should be SL-RACK-42-Z but I can not find related information on system handbook.

Symptoms

SL500 - RACK PDU FRU Part Number is not available.

Cause

Poor documentation.

Solution

Suspect this is a 42U rack based on the marketing number provided. The only 42U rack we have is the Sun Rack 1000-42.
