Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Weblogic installation failed when using the instruction of KM Management Server (NSP) on Third-Party Server Installation Guide for Performance Intelligence Center (PIC) Products (<Document:2062544.1>).

There is the following error in the log
/opt/nsp/jdk1.7.0_99/bin/java: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory

Cause

Customer used the 32bits linux platform JDK instead of the 64bits.

Oracle Linux 7.2 is a 64bits operating system.

Solution

Install the latest 64 bits Java7 JDK.

Take care to select the platform 'Linux x86-64" which is not the default one for downloading the latest JDK/JRE 7.
