Symptoms

The builder installation on the IXP sub-system is failing with the error:

Cause

JMX agent is not working on the management server due to the <Bug:22827742>.
 
JMX agent is not automatically restarting when management server is rebooted.

Solution

Start the JMX agent on the management server.
