Symptoms

There is problem with executing the following command:

COPY-DISK:DLOC=1113:FORCE=YES:FORMAT=YES

Here is output from terminal, Spare MASP never rebooted. System is in simplex mode.

Expected Behavior: Copy disk should be successful and both TDM databases should be Synced.
Impact: MASP System goes into Simplex Mode.

Cause

The issue is caused by a faulty Hardware.

A faulty TDM hard drive can cause these alarms which prohibit system to reach certain tables.

SUPPORT OF CONCLUSION
---------------
Similar issue was previously observed, which was resolved by replacing the TDM.

Solution

1. Remove the faulty card
2. Insert the spare card
3. Wait for card to connect to the IMT
4. Run the command for copy disk again
