SymptomsDiameter Connection is not restoring automatically without bouncing it. CauseWhen the far end is sends a disconnect and the disconnect cause has a value of BUSY (AVP: Disconnect-Cause(273) l=12 f=-M-val=BUSY (1)). There is no mechanism in the SCTP transport to indicate when this circuit is no longer busy. Therefore, the DSR cannot automatically bring this circuit back in service.
