Symptoms

Ultrium 5-SCSI bridge drive malfunctioning.

Cause

Bug numbers are: 22862635 and 22743405

Solution

There are 2 different bugs that have been address with the 3.0 release.

The work around for code less then 3.0 would be:
See if the customer is using SSO for Netbackup If so then they need to configure the use of "Persistent Reservations" in SSO to prevent too many hosts trying to use the bridge drive and library at the same time.
