Cause

Elevator errors.

Solution

(SA-413) STK Tape Drive - Elevator Errors - Certain FSCs indicate a problem with T10000A and T10000B drives which indicates a problem with the elevator assembly.

The drive needs to be replaced even for 1 occurrence of these types of errors.

For T10000C/D drives please make sure that the drive has failed with more than 1 tape before making the decision to replace it.
