Symptoms

Rotational CAPs on a SL3000 will only open halfway.. Getting error 752.. Cap move failed.

Cause

The CAP cartridge array was not seated properly after the last time it was removed. When putting the array back into to the CAP assembly care must be taken to seat the array properly by gently pushing down after inserting the array.

Solution

 Reseated the CAP cartridge array and CAP was able to open all the way.
