Symptoms
Management server upgrade from PIC 10.1.5 to PIC 10.2 failed while upgrade_weblogic.sh script.
After the automatic reboot at the end of the script you can't anymore access the server to get the install log.
Cause
The step to remount the LUN from the SAN described in chapter 8.2 of the upgrade guide was skipped.
As the LUN were not mounted the upgrade script can't create the partition on the SAN as expected.
Solution
Proceed again with the Management Server One-box Major Upgrade
