Cause

The customer has used SDP2 to manually open an SR.

Solution

The SR may or may not contain any further information or reason why the SR was opened. Many of these SRs are opened for the sole purpose of testing SDP2 connectivity.

1. If no logs came in with the SR, it will be automatically closed.

2. Automation will look for the word "test" in the additional information. If this is found then it is assumed to be a test ASR and it will be closed.

3. If log collection succeeds and the word "test" is not found in the SR Description then the SR will be handled normally, e.g. the log will be processed and appropriate action will be taken depending on what is found in the log.

4. Please review the information in the problem description under the heading of ADDITIONAL INFORMATION for specific assistance that the customer is requesting.
