Symptoms

It is not possible to delete a link or linkset.

Cause

In Enterprise manager one session was locking nsp internal table.

Following log can be find in NSP application.log:

System error: Please contact your System Administrator

Solution

Find the blocking session in NSP Oracle Enterprise Manager or look at 1924794.1.
