SymptomsCannot access the shell prompt in SBC. Customer is getting following error :- ACMESYSTEM# shell Shell access is disabled on this Session Director ChangesNew installation CauseShell prompt is disabled by default, it needs to be enabled. SolutionPlease run the command - "debug-enable" in order to get the shell access. P.S :- it is advisable to run commands over shell only when advised by TAS/Devlopment engineers. If customer has admin security license installed then they will not get access to shell prompt. If the license was installed unknowingly then the only solution is to replace chassis and install fresh license without admin security. GoalTo get access to shell prompt in SBC.
