Symptoms

ODA deployment is failing at step 16:

In the assistant log in /tmp we can find the following errors.

CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.ctssd' on 'ocpic-oda2-n1'
CRS-2883: Resource 'ora.ctssd' failed during Clusterware stack start.

Cause

Node0 have a date a lot in advance compared to Node1:

[root@ocpic-oda2-n0 ~]# date
Tue Mar 15 14:59:38 IST 2016
[root@ocpic-oda2-n1 ~]# date
Wed Dec 14 15:00:10 IST 2016

Solution

Fix the time on one of the node BIOS in order to have only a maximum of a few minutes differences.
