There might not be any LED indicators lit on the face of the HBT card
In the supplied log snapshot since we've lost communication with the HBT, there will not be a HBT folder that can be opened.

A HBT reset was attempted but did not change the status of the LED's on the card.
A card cage reboot did not change the state of the HBT card after the reboot completed.

Cause

 Defective HBT card.

Solution

Replace the HBT card per instructions in the SL8500 or SL3000 Service Manual.
