Symptoms

When trying to define a new ACL, via the BUI, the error "disk quota exceeded" is displayed.

Cause

There was a quota configured on the project on which the new ACL was being defined - the quota was exceeded.

BUI: shares -> Projects -> General -> "check the quota setting"
 

Solution

Enlarge or unset the quota.
