Media validation verify and repair MIR failure with "FormatIncompatible tape format for drive; T10Kd format in a T10Kc drive."

Cause

 Must run media validation for a T10000D written tape on a T10000D drive.

Solution

You must run media validation for a T10000D written tape on a T10000D drive.
