Symptoms

Failed RTDB backup alarm

Cause

Backup failed because ELAP software was already stopped when autobackup attempted to start and was not able to determine status of RTDB/ELAP while software stopped.

Solution

Clear alarm with "alarmMgr --clear TKSMPSMI9" and removed alarm with 'echo "" > /usr/TKLC/epap/bin/pdbRtdbAlarm'
