Symptoms

All drives are going down in Networker. Getting read I/O errors on all drives after tapes are being mounted.

Cause

Media issues.

Solution

It would appear there is some media issues going on. The above tapes should be looked at to determine whether they are damaged or have pulled leaders.
Run some diagnostics to the library to verify functionality.
Do load/unload tests to the drives to verify they are working properly.
Look for any loose or damaged bezels and fix accordingly.
