Symptoms
After running the halt command on an AP 4600 running ECZ730m1, the SBC Administrator may find that device is no longer accepting previous passwords.
This behavior may present as the following:

Admin Security is disabled

This is a known defect, tracked within Bug 22677425.
Solution
The solution to 22677425 was formally delivered within product updates SCZ730m1, and ECZ730m2.
