It has power and green standby light is blinking, there are no fault indicators lit. Pressing the power button does not boot the machine or in any way change its operating status.

SDP = Service Delivery Platform

Symptoms

It has power and green standby light is blinking, there are no fault indicators lit.

Pressing the power button does not boot the machine or in any way change its operating status.

Cause

Trying to send test alert via the SDP2 site server.

Solution

FE replaced the System circuit board in site server. Machine now boots and SDP2 is up & running.
