Symptoms

Storagetek SL24 Autoloader error - not getting ready mode.
Blinking of READY & ATTENTION LED, CLEAN LED stable

Cause

Issue with media
Issue with drive

Solution

Power off the SL24 Autoloader for few minutes and power on the SL24 Autoloader and run the Wellness test.

Clean the drive using known good cleaning media.

Take a test backup and confirm the drive status.

Replace the drive if the issue still persists.
