Symptoms

The embedded Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance reported that one half of the PSUs were offline - for both the head and the storage JBODS attached to it.

Cause

There was a power breaker issue in the rack that the ZFS Storage Appliance was installed in. It had 'tripped out' and half of the rack had lost AC power.

Solution

The breaker was reset ON.
