Symptoms

Expanded mail slot was not scanned, but regular 4 mail slot were scanned. Manual library audit was required to scan tapes in expanded mail slots.

No Fault Code available from log bundle.

Changes

No changes made by customer.

Cause

Faulty right side magazine sensor on Base module.

Solution

Replace Base module.
