Solution

 To find out more info regarding this MIB, you can refer to the SNMP mibs files, which can be downloaded from the below link based on the software version.

http://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/communications/session-border-controller/index.html

You will be able to see the mib package under the management files of that particular software version.

If you look at the ap-smgmt.mib file, the apSysMgmtRealmStatusChangeTrap is defined as the following:

apSysMgmtRealmStatusChangeTrap NOTIFICATION-TYPE

OBJECTS { apSysMgmtRealmName,

apSysMgmtRealmStatusReason }

STATUS current

DESCRIPTION
" The trap will be generated when there is a change in the status of the realm constraints."

The trap will contain the following info:

- apSysMgmtRealmName &

- apSysMgmtRealmStatusReason

The Realm name is self explanatory, and for the apSysMgmtRealmStatusReason, you can search this in the ap-smgmt.mib file:

apSysMgmtRealmStatusReason OBJECT-TYPE

SYNTAX INTEGER {

administrative(0),

oosbyproxyerror(1),

standby(2),

inservice(3),

constraintsexceeded(4),

unresponsive(5),

oosprovisionedresponse(6),

callloadreduction(7)

}
If any one of the above reason is encountered, the apSysMgmtRealmStatusChangeTrap will be send.
