Symptoms
We have installed release R45.0.1 today. After the fresh installation, we can't launch E5-MS client. We have started E5MS services on both servers. And the replication is working properly. Could you investigate?
Cause
The cause of the issue is invalid data in JAVA webstart cache
EVIDENCE OF CAUSE
---------------
In client machine; open command line
enter following command:
javaws -viewer
This will open JAVA Cache viewer.
There will be many applications and resources for same server IP which are causing the issue.
Solution
1. In client machine; open command line
2. Enter following command:
javaws -viewer
3. This will open JAVA Cache viewer.
4. Select the applications and resources and Clear the Cache
5. Connect to E5MS GUI again from client
