Symptoms
After upgrade of the TVOE, NOAM GUI would not launch. Reason for NOAM not launching is that the xmi ip address is not up.
Cause
During the firmware upgrade they would of had to reboot. If the ifcfg-xmi was changed before the reboot they would of had the same issue. Since there was no issue, that we are aware of, after the firmware upgrade. I have to suspect the "rcstool co ifcfg-xmi" command was executed after the firmware and before the TVOE upgrade.
Solution
Run the command "rcstool ci ifcfg-xmi" to allow the owner
