Symptoms

DSR mediation rule will not work if FQDN contains a dash (-).

Example: dsr001.tekelec03.oracle.sip.lab.my-oracle.com

Cause

There is no error message. Mediation rule does is not applied on traffic.

Solution

In order to escape the dashes on FQDN, please put the FQDN between double-quotes (" ").

Example: "dsr001.tekelec03.oracle.sip.lab.my-oracle.com"
