Symptoms

Incorrect SFP used as a spare. Cannot communicate with the host.

Cause

Incorrect SFP modules used.

Solution

Some incorrect SFPs were shipped as spares for P/N 7063109.
GOOD:Finisar FTL F8529P3BCV (Avago AFBR 57F5PZ?)
BAD:Avago AFBR 703SDZ

A purge is being done in the depots for this part.

In order to obtain a good SFP simply order P/N 7063109 again as the bad SFPs have been purged from the system.

No further action is required, just order a replacement part to install in the drive.
