Solution
This Ethernet issue has to be solved.
I am doubting you are having 2 faulty switches, so it must be something in-between, please check the cabling and whatever which could impact the proper connections at the Ethernet layer with both switches.
The power feed ? Anything creating some noise in the Ethernet connections ? Grounding issue ?
Maybe could you try to power off and power on the switches and see if it helps ?
