SymptomsT10000 tape drive maintenance or FSC code 48C5. ChangesNo CauseThe read code timed out waiting for an interrupt to occur. It is possible the tape is blank beyond this point. Solution1. Please get the Eventlog of suspect tape drive and other tape drives in Library if possible. 2. Upload the all Eventlogs to SPLAT, than whether there are a FSC code 48C5. 3. Please determine the code is isolated one tape drive or one media. 4. If the FSC code 48C5 is all from one tape drive, it should be a defective tape drive. 5. If the FSC code 48C5 is all from one tape servo_pos, it should be a defective tape.
