Applies to:Oracle Key Manager - Version 3.0.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform. SymptomsThe Oracle Key Manager KMA appliances running on the x2100/x2200 m2 platforms currently support up to the 3.0.2 version, and have been moved to sustaining support. Future versions of the OKM code for these platforms will only be "maintenance" releases.
CauseFuture releases of OKM "Feature" code will be based on Solaris 11.3. As per the following Solaris 11.3 and hardware product qualification information, the x2100/x2200 m2 platforms are not qualified: http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/hcl/data/s11ga/systems/views/oracle_systems_x86.page1.html SolutionOracle Key Manager (KMA) appliances running on the x2100/x2200 m2 platforms will fully support the 3.0.2 release, and any future "maintenance" releases based on that code as provided by sustaining support. If customer sites determine that they need to update to future OKM "Feature" releases of the code, then they should contact their Oracle Sales Agent in order to consider an OKM hardware refresh.
