The status in ACSLS and seeing that all CAPs were online and 'green' in SLconsole, the customer entered some tapes via the right AEM. Despite everything appearing to be functioning normally, SLconsole is showing that the links are still down. CauseUndetermined. SolutionIn this situation, try resetting the CAPs via CLI using the below command: If the AEMs are functioning normally, the link has to be there between the HBCR and the PUX cards. SL3000> aem status left SL3000> aem status right From the SL3000 4.31 release notes. Rebooted the library and the alert cleared. Attachments This solution has no attachment |
